Ordering overview

There are two merchandise options: the book and the 3-CD set. A $2.50 per item discount begins with the second copy of each item per order.

Books are shipped via your choice of two options, UPS Ground and USPS. CD sets are shipped via USPS. Shipping is to US and Canada only. Canadian customers will need to write for a total.

Payment is by mail: check, money order, or cashier's check.

The ordering process begins by clicking the link below, reading the following page carefully, then following the link under the "Order Form" header bar near the bottom.

This will take you to an Order Total Calculator, which figures applicable discounts, shipping, and tax for US orders.

After you have entered and totaled your order and filled in your shipping information, this page is to be printed and mailed along with payment.

Once this is done, you have the opportunity to conveniently add items to be shipped to a different address. The merchandise discounts carry forward, and the calculator figures your grand total. Print and mail this page along with your first order form and payment.

A reduced shipping rate begins with the second copy of each item per order shipped to one address. For additional items to be sent to a different address, shipping for each first item is at first-copy rate; the reduced rate begins with the second.
